Conrad Young is a management consultant, providing sustainability advice to profit-focused businesses and business advice to sustainability-focused organisations. He has 18 years of experience covering organisational development and behaviour, market analysis, business development, green operations, and software-assisted performance systems. Before his MBA from London Business School and the Haas School of Business, he worked in London local government, the organic waste industry and the UN's Agenda 21. He is married with a 3 year old daughter. His wife works on the BBC's flagship current affairs programme Newsnight and his daughter likes snowmen.
